Job Description 

1. Oversee all production activities in accordance with corporate and plant policies as well as programme and standard concerning cost, quality and productivity.
2. Lead a team of production staff to achieve objectives set out in company and departmental structure trees.
3. Ensure product quality is meeting the customer requirements, in-house and external specifications.
4. Ensure production output, downtime, and rejects are meeting the targets set in the budget.
5. Ensure production expenditure is within the budget.
6. Create a conducive safe work environment and cultivate spirit of “Safety First”.
7. Continuously explore and organize programs for the productivity and quality improvement.
8. Identify training needs and source/organize training programs for subordinates.
9. Motivate and promote team spirits amongst subordinates and peers.
10. Promote participation of social activities amongst subordinates and peers.
11. Ensuring that the quality and environmental management system conforms to the requirement of ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015.
12. Implementation and Management of Safety, 5S & ISO

a)    Follow all safety procedures & regulations and ensure safe work environment.

b)    Implement and participate actively in 5S activities for the Department & Organization.

c)     Support other key strategic 5S programs where necessary.

d)    Adhere to ISO standards compliance

13.Any other duties as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
