Responsibilities:

• To responsible in generating copy texts, slogans and audio scripts that accompany advertising visuals.
• To be accountable for checking all the content being advertised and that is complies with code of advertising practices.
• To be responsible for developing ad generating original copy ideas that grab the attention of the public.
• To develop well-written press releases and write-ups for media publication.
• To prepare corporate profiles, speeches, and interview content for the director.
• To plan and organise promotional activities for Smart Reader Worldwide Sdn Bhd and its group of companies.
• To manage, co-ordinate and execute all public relations and media programmes with full commitment.
• Work closely with the other departments to ensure tight integration of all media programmes.

Requirement:

• Possess a degree in Mass Communications or related discipline.
• With relevant working experience in Public Relations/Media Relations/Corporate Communication.
• Able to plan and organise promotion events, integrate media into broader public relations campaign and co-ordinate with other communication activities.
• Possess an extraordinary flair for writing
• Excellent command of English; good writing skills, editing and proofreading abilities
• Ability to write concise and attention-grabbing advertisements that put the message across clearly
• Creative and with strong visualisation skills
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
• Be highly self-motivated and well-organised
• Have an eye for detail
• Able to work in a team
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
