Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic Researcher (not a builder) to validate two critical expansions of our AI automation stack. If you are familiar with n8n, Claude API, Claude LLM, API integrations, and multi-tenant architecture, we need your brain to help us make a "go/no-go" decision.

The Mission:

We need a feasibility analysis for:

  • Client AI Portal: Delivering Claude API / Claude LLM capabilities to multiple clients via a single branded web portal (Softr/Airtable).
  • Multi-Mailbox Automation: Unifying multiple Gmail/Outlook mailboxes for two separate companies using n8n while maintaining strict data isolation.

What You'll Do (Research Only):

  • Compare technical architectures (hosting, multi-tenancy) with cost/pros/cons for delivering Claude LLM-powered agents.
  • Investigate licensing/ToS for white-labeling or reselling AI output generated via the Claude API.
  • Research Claude API rate limits, token usage, and cost implications for multi-client deployment.
  • Map authentication options (Native n8n vs. Graph API vs. IMAP).
  • Shortlist & Vet: Identify 2–4 freelancers/agencies capable of building the solution.
  • Deliver: A clear, non-technical summary report ready for a founder's final decision.

You Should Have Familiarity With:

  • n8n (workflow automation, webhooks, self-hosting) – working knowledge is enough
  • Airtable (as a backend layer)
  • Claude API and Claude LLM – general understanding of how they work, pricing, and orchestration
  • Gmail API & Microsoft Graph / Outlook integration – you've worked with or researched them before
  • Ability to translate tech jargon into plain English
