We are recruiting for Junior Payment Officers to support daily payment operations within a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support daily payment operations and ensure transactions are processed in a timely manner.
• Monitor payment activities and identify transaction-related issues.
• Assist in resolving payment discrepancies and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of payment transactions.
• Perform basic administrative and data-entry tasks related to payment operations.
• Follow company procedures, policies and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Able to read, write and speak Mandarin.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with good accuracy in handling transactions and data.
• Able to work in a rotational shift environment.
• Willing to work 5 days per week with 2 days off.
• Candidates must have their own laptop and necessary devices.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
