Job Description :

• Take responsibilities / in-charge on all issue pertaining to procure of M&E and C&S, material and subcontractor services for the KLIA BHS projects and operations.
• Responsible for developing a strategic approach to the corporate and projects’ procurement and material management process for the purchase of direct and indirect goods and services.
• Develops, communicates and administer procurement team performance and development plans and appraisals.
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers and update vendor databases
• Conduct vendor audits and manage vendor onboarding processes.
• Issuing purchase orders (POs) and ensuring timely approval.
• Ensuring timely delivery of goods/services.
• Ensuring accuracy in order specifications (quantity, quality, etc.).
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Comparing costs across suppliers to find the best value.
• Seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Coordinating with the quality control team to ensure goods meet standards.
• Handling non-conformances or defective deliveries.
• Maintaining proper purchasing records and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Working closely with inventory, finance, logistics, and production teams.
• Perform supplier’s evaluation or performance review on yearly basis.
• Ensure the proper records are being maintained to satisfy audit requirement.
• Support audits and reporting requirements
• Liaise with project teams, production, accounts, and logistics to ensure alignment
• Prepare regular procurement reports and status updates for management.
• Follow internal procurement policies and ISO or regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma/Degree certificate holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Working experienced 6 years in related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
