About the Role

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Founder who is independent, responsible, adaptable and willing to learn.

This is not a routine administrative role.

You will work closely with the Founder and may be involved in business operations, coordination, research, meetings, travelling, project assignments and other tasks according to business priorities.

The successful candidate should be comfortable with a role where every day may be different.

Work Arrangement — Hybrid

This is a hybrid position.

Depending on the task and business requirements, you may work:

• From the office
• From home / remotely
• At customer or supplier locations
• At project or site locations
• At meetings
• With the Founder directly
• On outstation assignments

The working location may change depending on the day's responsibilities.

Hybrid does not mean fully remote. The candidate must be willing to report to the office, attend meetings, visit sites and accompany the Founder whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Founder with daily business and personal work coordination
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings and follow-ups
• Conduct research and gather information when required
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations and basic analysis
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, business partners and external parties
• Make phone calls, send messages and follow up on pending matters
• Assist with business projects and special assignments
• Arrange and coordinate travelling and outstation activities
• Accompany the Founder to meetings, site visits and business activities when required
• Occasionally act as the Founder’s driver for business meetings, appointments, site visits and outstation trips
• Ensure the Founder reaches appointments safely and on time
• Assist with vehicle-related arrangements when required
• Help organize information, documents and action items
• Learn new systems, software, processes and business functions
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from the Founder
• Take ownership of assigned tasks from beginning to completion

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• 1–2 years of working experience is an advantage
• Own car and valid driving licence
• Good and safe driving skills
• Willing to drive the Founder when required
• Willing to travel outstation
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn new things
• Able to handle different types of tasks
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME environment
• Able to handle confidential business information professionally
• Comfortable working under a hybrid arrangement
