We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the company's full set of accounts and supporting our day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and supporting documents
• Issue invoices, credit notes and official receipts
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up on collections
• Process supplier invoices and payments
• Perform bank reconciliation and monthly account reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports
• Handle payroll-related accounting matters
• Assist with SST, e-Invoice and other statutory submissions
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, suppliers and customers when required
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Assist management with other accounting and administrative duties when required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2–5 years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience handling full set of accounts is an advantage
• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL / AutoCount / UBS or similar
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SST and e-Invoice is an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and organisational skills

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
