WE ARE HIRING! – PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

WOL KITCHEN SDN. BHD. is looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Assistant to join our bakery production team.

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Position: Production Assistant
Experience: Bakery/food production experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily bakery production activities
• Assist in cake assembly, layering and filling
• Prepare and handle ingredients and production materials
• Follow production instructions, SOP and work schedules
• Ensure products are prepared according to quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area
• Follow food safety, GMP and Halal requirements
• Assist with packing, arranging and transferring finished products
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Responsible, hardworking and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced bakery production environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Able to work overtime when required
• Previous experience in bakery/food manufacturing is an advantage
