Manage retail staff, including cashiers, customer service, and general workers on the shop floor
Recruit, train, supervise and train staff
Open and close shop on time
Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Organize and distribute staff schedules
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and issues
Ensure pricing on the product and shelf labels are correct
Maintain product display and ensuring no out of stock or overstock
Ensuring prompt ordering and receiving of products into the system.
Maintain neat and clean product display according to company standard
Ensure daily sales is reported to head office and cash is banked in promptly
Run store to achieve sales target set by the company
Key Skills Required

Hardworking and passionate in retailing
Business acumen
Basic IT skills (Microsoft word, Excel, outlook)
Able to converse in Bahasa and English, Mandarin language will be an advantage
People management skills
Resourceful
Confident
Able to work independently, self-starter

Able to be based at Farlim, Penang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
