JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented talents to join Growth Tower, Operations Team as an Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to acquire valuable hands-on experience in streamlining business operations processes for digital guarantee and strategic alignment of business functions to improve process efficiency across the organization. The intern will be collaborating with experienced professionals to identify the inefficiencies, develop innovative solution and implementing process improvement aimed at achieving a higher degree of process automation. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing their digital operations skills in a fintech setting.

In this role, you are involved in supporting the implementation Microsoft Office automation and back-office operation in CGC Digital. We are looking for a candidate that are to leverage on data, technology and cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and enhance our stakeholders’ experience.

Your goal will be to help our company with automation and streamlining techniques to enhance the data management processes and improve data quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate & analyze existing back-office workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in digital financing/ digital guarantee processes.
• Assist in designing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Tools. (Power Automate, Power Query and Power Pivot)
• Collaborate on the development VBA Macros and integration of APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
• Document process improvements, create technical specifications, and develop user manuals.
• Conduct testing and validation of automated solutions to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital and Innovation, Digital Financing / Digital Guarantee and Operations, to align improvements with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and suggest iterative enhancements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualification: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Applied Science, Record and Documents Management, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
• Experience: No experience is required.
• Knowledge: A basic understanding of data pipelines (ETL processes)
• Skills/Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in process improvement, automation and digital transformation.
