Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Client Outreach & Connection: Reach out to warm, in-house generated & provided leads and inquiries to introduce our services, spark meaningful conversations, and schedule initial consultations. (No cold door-knocking - all contacts are provided!)
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a friendly, trusted point of contact, ensuring clients receive regular check-ins and top-tier support.
• Appointment & Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and keep client engagements running smoothly.
• Administrative & Operational Support: Assist with documentation, records management, and client inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Events & Community Engagement: Help plan and execute exciting client workshops, appreciation events and team activities.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimally Diploma, A-Levels, or currently pursuing/completed a Degree.
• Friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
• Organised with strong time management skills.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, or Canva (training provided where necessary).
