About the role

As a Sales Advisor (Chery) at UNIVERSAL CHERY SDN BHD', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for the Chery automotive brand. Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, this full-time position will see you engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and closing sales to contribute to the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner

  2. Providing detailed information about Chery's product range, pricing, and financing options

  3. Assisting customers with the purchase process, including test drives, negotiations, and paperwork

  4. Actively contributing to the sales team's efforts by meeting and exceeding sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry

  2. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to explain technical features in a clear and concise manner

  3. A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
