Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product or service information.
• Prepare and process sales orders, Purchase Orders (PO), and related documentation.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Purchasing, Store, and Finance to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
• Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and sales performance updates.
• Support the Sales team in arranging meetings, appointments, and customer visits.
• Handle filing and general administrative tasks for the Sales Department.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Support sales activities, promotions, exhibitions, and events when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Customer Service is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of quotations, sales orders, invoices, and Purchase Orders (PO) is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
