Responsibilities:

• Host and conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, or other platforms.
• Introduce, promote and demonstrate company products during live sessions.
• Engage with viewers, respond to comments and answer customers’ questions.
• Encourage viewers to purchase products and achieve sales targets.
• Create an energetic, friendly and entertaining live-streaming environment.
• Prepare product information and content before each live session.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to plan live-streaming content.
• Monitor and follow live-streaming schedules and company guidelines.
• Assist in creating short videos, promotional content and social media posts when required.
• Track and report live-streaming performance, sales and viewer engagement.

Working Requirements:

• Willing to work according to scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work towards sales and KPI targets.
• Previous experience as a Live Host, Promoter, Sales Executive or Customer Service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
