Key responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure the departments run smoothly
Ensure the store is clean, organized, well stocked and properly displayed
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline
Supervise and coordinate daily work assignments for staff
Brief staff on daily tasks, promotions, and operational matters
Train and coach new and existing employees
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Handle minor staff issues and escalate serious disciplinary matters to management
