Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, statutory contributions, and payroll-related documentation.

This role will involve handling payroll for multiple client accounts, liaising closely with clients to obtain payroll information, resolving payroll-related queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process monthly payroll for multiple clients accurately and within the required deadlines.
  • Collect and verify payroll information from clients, including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, commissions, and other payroll-related data.
  • Prepare monthly payroll calculations, payslips, payroll reports, and related documentation.
  • Process statutory contributions and payments, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD, and other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Ensure payroll calculations and statutory submissions comply with current Malaysian regulations.
  • Liaise with clients on payroll matters and provide timely support for payroll-related enquiries.
  • Handle new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, transfers, unpaid leave, and other employee movements.
  • Perform payroll reconciliation and verify payroll reports before submission to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee information.
  • Assist clients with payroll-related documentation, reports, and statutory requirements.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Keep updated on changes in Malaysian payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and relevant HR practices.
  • Perform other payroll and HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of payroll experience, preferably with experience handling payroll for multiple companies or clients.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll processes and statutory requirements.
  • Familiarity with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD, and other relevant statutory submissions.
  • Experience with payroll software such as SQL Payroll, or other payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
