Key Responsibilities

• Promote and advertise properties through social media and online platforms.
• Find and contact potential buyers or tenants.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide property information.
• Arrange property viewings and accompany clients during visits.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate prices and assist clients throughout the buying or renting process.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare and handle basic documents related to property transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales or rental targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Confident when dealing with custDiploma or Degree in any field.
