Key Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents.
Identify contractual risks and provide legal support to the business.
Manage contracts, renewals and key obligations.
Support corporate governance, ACRA filings and corporate secretarial matters.
Assist with Board/shareholder documentation and external counsel coordination.
About You
Law degree with
2–5 years’ relevant experience
.
Experience in in-house legal, corporate/commercial or corporate secretarial roles.
Good knowledge of Singapore company law and commercial contracts.
Strong
English
communication skills.
Detail-oriented, commercially minded and able to work independently.
