Responsibilities:

• Assist in taking-off quantities from drawings
• Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and progress claims
• Assist in preparing tender documents and quotations
• Maintain project records, measurements, and site documents
• Liaise with site team, suppliers, and consultants when required

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must have basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements & QS calculation
• Computer literate (Excel, Word; QS software is an advantage)
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work as a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
