About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)

• Automotive background / experience is an added advantage (1 or 2 years)

Key responsibilities

• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards

• Monitor and control production quality processes

• Implement and maintain quality control plans and procedures

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects

• Work with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality

• Support supplier audits and performance monitoring

• Prepare quality reports, analysis, and documentation

• Maintain records related to quality performance and audits

• Support internal and external audits (IATF, ISO)

• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards
