Guest Experience Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead our guest experience initiatives and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall guest experience journey from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Oversee VIP arrivals, special occasions, guest preferences, and personalized experiences.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure guest requests and service standards are consistently met.
• Review guest feedback and online reviews, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and support the Guest Experience team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar role in the hospitality industry, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and service recovery abilities.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
