Job Description:

• Assist in data entry and updating accounting records (e.g., invoices, payments, receipts)
• Support in preparing monthly financial reports
• Help with bank reconciliation and verifying transaction records
• Organize and maintain financial documents for audit and internal use
• Assist in filing documents, scanning, and other admin tasks related to finance
• Learn and help with usage of AutoCount accounting software
• Support the finance team in day-to-day operations
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
