We are seeking a creative and versatile Junior Editor to join our team full-time. This role involves editing, written content, coordinating and conducting shooting sessions with talents, and ensuring high-quality output across all media.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and edit video content based on the creative direction and requirements provided by the Marketing Team.
• Create daily video and poster content to achieve assigned KPIs and content targets.
• Assist talents in producing and executing content required by the Media & Creative Team.
• Support the team in content planning, including brainstorming ideas, content flow and execution.
• Edit short-form content for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Reels and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure all edited content follows the required brand guidelines, visual direction and communication style.
• Make necessary revisions and adjustments based on feedback from the Marketing, Media & Creative teams.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Media, Creative and Talent teams to ensure content is completed according to the required timeline.
• Organize and manage video footage, project files and other creative assets systematically.
• Keep up with current social media trends, editing styles, formats and content trends to support content creation.
• Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards.
• Provide support during content shooting, including basic setup, talent assistance and on-set content requirements.

Requirements:

• Age 20 – 30 years old
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of video shooting and editing tools
• Creative thinker with fresh ideas
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply
