Job Description

• Manage and maintain the social media presence of multiple Hangry brands in the Malaysia market, acting as an extension of HQ and owning Malaysia’s social media-related matters.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars, promotional campaigns, and publishing schedules across social media platforms.
• Identify local trends, audience behaviors, cultural insights, and content opportunities to develop relevant and engaging content for the Malaysian market.
• Monitor content performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve content strategy.
• Collaborate with brand strategists, graphic designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality content execution across multiple brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
• 1–2 years of experience in content planning, social media, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia's social media landscape, creator trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior.
• Passionate about social media, with the ability to identify trends, audience insights, and content opportunities, and translate them into actionable content recommendations.
• Highly proactive and self-driven, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing tools.
• Experience in F&B, lifestyle, consumer brands, or agency environments is a plus.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
