About the role

Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and operation of the project. To plan, manage and execute Projects to ensure timely completion within budget and desired quality. Provide strong leadership to the project teams. To co-ordinate and liaise effectively with clients, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of project reporting and presentation
• Resolve and mitigate site issues
• Report writing and coordinate with sub-contractors
• Manage and coordinate projects and interfacing works at site

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Construction, Project Management or equivalent
• At least 8 years working experience in construction environment, project management or similar role
• Experience in delivering at least one complete construction project from commencement to completion is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or other project management software is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to resolve and mitigate site issues
• Report writing skills
• Strong knowledge, skills and experience in managing and coordinating projects and interfacing works at site
• Able to travel

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
