Job Description:

1. Comments and review tenants concept design submissions for their outlets.
2. Coordination between internal departments for matters pertaining fit-out operation
3. Regular site visits to monitor site works quality and verify that all works are done accordance with approved submission and compliance with mall regulations within fit-out period.
4. To conduct joint inspections for hand-over of vacant possession to tenant or take-over restored by landlord / management
5. To arrange and ensure all landlord M&E provision (FCUs, Power supply, water inlet etc.) are being carried out by M&E prior to commencement of fit-out works by tenant.
6. Other tasks as assigned by direct superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
