We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and motivated Recovery Coach to support clients throughout their recovery journey. The role involves providing daily guidance and encouragement, helping clients maintain structure and healthy routines, supporting recovery activities, monitoring behaviour and wellbeing, and working closely with the counselling and clinical team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, patience, good boundaries, and a genuine interest in helping individuals overcome addiction and build a healthier, independent life. Previous experience in addiction recovery or a related field is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
