TT Consultancy Hiring! Full Time Process Manager in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 15,000 - Ricebowl

1. Process Management

• Oversee HVAC system assembly / production processes (chillers, AHU, FCU, split systems, or custom HVAC units)
• Ensure smooth workflow from engineering design to production and testing
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

2. Production Efficiency

• Improve line balancing, cycle time, and productivity
• Reduce scrap, rework, and downtime
• Implement Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen initiatives

3. Engineering Coordination

• Work closely with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and pilot runs
• Validate process changes and engineering revisions

4. Quality Control

• Ensure HVAC products meet ISO, AHRI, or internal quality standards
• Investigate defects and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues

5. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination

• Ensure production machines and HVAC testing rigs are well maintained
• Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive maintenance schedules
• Improve equipment reliability and uptime (OEE improvement)

6. Cost & Material Control

• Optimize material usage and reduce waste
• Work with procurement to improve supplier quality and cost efficiency
• Support BOM accuracy and cost reduction projects

7. Team Leadership

• Manage production engineers, supervisors, and technicians
• Provide training and skill development for HVAC processes
• Build a strong performance-driven culture

8. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and factory standards
• Enforce EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices on shop floor

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
