• Degree in Valuation/Property Development/Estate Management or equivalent.
• Experience in Property/Estate valuation.
• Proficient in both written & spoken(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Prospects for obtaining license / to be registered valuer.
• Candidate must be highly self-discipline & able to work independently.
• Good communications and organizational skills.

Job Description

• Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation reports
• Marketing and business development 
• Liaison with bankers, clients and relevant parties
• Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports
• To provide regular updates on specific property sectors
• To undertake market surveys and feasibility study and other relevant surveys
• To provide advisory services
