The Shop Assistant will be responsible to assist the retail store manager with working the floor, managing inventory and providing customer service. The position requires physical fitness and excellent stamina, good interpersonal and strong team spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks
• Labelling and organizing goods on the display shelves
• Assisting customers in locating the products they are looking for
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries courteously
• Must be sharp, precise and careful in carrying out duties
• Hardworking and positive in following all given instructions
• Responsible to retail selling activities

Job Requirements:

• Min SPM
• Age between 18-35
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Prior experience or basic knowledge in retail is an added advantage
