Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production line workers. Assign tasks and ensure team members understand and complete their duties.
• Ensure production line operates smoothly and efficiently. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet targets and maintain accurate records of production output and quality metrics.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standard. Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and dddress any quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify and resolve operational issues on the production line.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Report production status and issues to upper management.

Qualifications

• SPM or Certificate or diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and production management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
