As we continue to grow our project portfolio, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Surveyor to support our construction and development activities on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct land and site surveys using appropriate tools, equipment, and technology (e.g. total station, GPS, AutoCAD).
• Interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications for accurate site layout.
• Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, records, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure measurements and layouts align with project requirements.
• Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with technical plans and safety regulations.
• Provide input and technical support during planning, design, and construction phases.
• Ensure timely delivery of survey data to the project team.
• Assist in resolving on-site discrepancies related to dimensions, levels, and boundaries.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction or property development projects.
• Proficient in survey instruments (e.g. Total Station, GPS) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D is a plus).
• Good understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and layout processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to site locations as required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
