Beverage Crew (Pembuat Air)

Restoran Aqiza Nilai is looking for a Beverage Crew member to prepare drinks and support daily restaurant operations.

• Salary: From RM1,800++ per month
• Location: Nilai Impian, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
• Working Hours: 6:00am-3:00pm / 12:00pm-9:00pm
• Employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Staff Meal: Provided

Responsibilities:

• Prepare hot and cold drinks according to customer orders
• Make common Malaysian restaurant beverages such as teh tarik, kopi, Milo, sirap, limau and other drinks
• Ensure drinks are prepared quickly and consistently
• Prepare and organise the beverage station before service
• Refill ingredients such as ice, sugar, milk and beverage supplies
• Monitor stock and inform management when items are running low
• Keep the beverage counter, equipment and surrounding area clean
• Assist with taking orders or serving customers when the beverage station is not busy
• Work together with restaurant crew and other staff
• Follow food safety and restaurant operating procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience preparing drinks in a restaurant or food outlet is preferred
• Experience making teh tarik and common Malaysian drinks is an advantage
• Able to work quickly during busy periods
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
• Responsible, punctual and reliable
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia
• Malaysian citizens are encouraged to apply
