NetPulse Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

This is a full-time remote contractor role based in Malaysia. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and able to independently manage routine finance operations while communicating professionally with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare and issue monthly customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare and send customer Statements of Account (SOA).
• Proactively follow up with customers on overdue invoices and outstanding payments, and track expected payment dates.
• Record and verify supplier invoices and reconcile supplier Statements of Account.
• Prepare supplier payments in the company’s banking platform for management approval and release.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Xero.
• Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.
• Allocate customer receipts and supplier payments correctly in Xero.
• Monitor AR and AP ageing and highlight overdue or upcoming items to management.
• Prepare Singapore GST F5 returns using Xero and support the GST filing process.
• Support monthly closing and prepare relevant accounting schedules.
• Maintain proper supporting documents for invoices, payments and accounting transactions.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on billing, payment and account matters.
• Coordinate with the company’s external accountant for year-end accounts, tax and statutory requirements.
• Support other general finance administration as required.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting, bookkeeping or finance experience.
• Hands-on experience using Xero.
• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Experience preparing customer invoices and supplier payments.
• Good reconciliation and bookkeeping skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers and suppliers.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote working environment.
• Detail-oriented, organised and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting a Singapore company or Singapore clients.
• Experience preparing Singapore GST F5 returns.
• Familiarity with Singapore accounting practices.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions, particularly SGD and USD.
• Experience dealing with international customers and suppliers.

Working Arrangement

• Fully remote position based in Malaysia.
• Full-time contractor engagement with NetPulse Pte. Ltd., Singapore.
• Monday to Friday.
• The successful candidate will work closely with NetPulse management and our external accounting provider.

Pay: From RM3,800.00 per month
