Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Human Science or any related field
• Knowledge in Malaysian Labor Legislations (industrial relations practices, labour law and latest Government regulations)
• Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be enthusiastic and detailed-minded
• Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
• Good discipline, working attitude and time management skill
• 2 – 5 years working experience

Responsibilities:

• Assume a full spectrum of HR responsibilities including recruitment, payroll and etc
• Execute qualified resourcing and selection process which involves talent sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and assessment of applicants
• Prepare HR related correspondences and documentation in accordance to HR practices such as employment contract, confirmation, warning, termination, memo, policy, etc
• Monitor daily attendance, leave, staff medical claims and monthly expenses claims etc
• Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives and system
• Assist with the development and implementation policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management
