JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Open and close the office daily
• Attend to walk-in customers
• Handle all incoming items, from receiving to storage, and coordinate transfers to and from HQ
• Ensure accurate and timely system updates
• Assist in preparing Quo, Invoice and Report
• Manage company licensing matters and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must be possessed at least SPM, Diploma or Admin related courses.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and maintains good attendance.
• Well-organized and strictly adheres to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follows instructions accurately and consistently.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Must be willing to work in Ipoh.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
