Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of plantation operations, including estate management, harvesting, fertiliser and chemical usage, workers’ welfare, occupational safety and health, environmental management and record keeping.
• Assess compliance with applicable MSPO standards, certification requirements and relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
• Review plantation records, procedures, permits, registers and supporting documents to verify compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, interviews and document reviews as part of audit activities.
• Identify and document non-conformities, observations and areas for improvement.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to Management and relevant departments.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and verify their effective implementation.
• Assist in preparing estates for MSPO certification audits, surveillance audits and external assessments.
• Provide guidance to estate personnel on audit requirements, documentation and compliance improvement.
• Maintain proper audit records and ensure confidentiality and integrity throughout the audit process.

Job requirement

• Degree in Plantation Management, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in plantation operations, internal auditing, sustainability or MSPO compliance.
• Good understanding of MSPO certification standards, audit requirements and plantation compliance practices.
• Experience in conducting site inspections, document reviews, interviews, audit reporting and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Familiarity with plantation operations, including harvesting, chemical and fertiliser management, workers’ welfare, safety and environmental controls.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage estate personnel and Management professionally.
• Work location specified as estate-based in Murum Estate

Advantageous Qualifications

• MSPO Internal Auditor training or certification.
• Recognised auditor training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
• Experience supporting MSPO certification, surveillance or external audits.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour, occupational safety and health, environmental and plantation-related regulatory requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
