Famfruits Hiring! Full Time F-B Retail Operations Manager in Perak - Ricebowl

About the role

Famfruits Sdn. Bhd. is an Ipoh-based agro-enterprise built around the heritage Tambun pomelo, with family roots dating back to 1933. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on F&B Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of our kiosks, and to lead the operational build-out of our kiosk network. This role will be responsible for strengthening SOPs, driving sales performance, supporting new kiosk openings, and preparing the operational system for future franchise partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales targets, operational standards and high levels of customer satisfaction

• Manage daily kiosk operations including opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling, cash handling and equipment readiness

• Ensure all staff comply with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and operational standards

• Review, improve and document SOPs for beverage preparation, food handling, hygiene and customer service, and develop the training materials used across all outlets

• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational checks to ensure consistency, compliance and continuous improvement

• Train and certify frontline crew on product knowledge, preparation technique, upselling and service standards

• Monitor inventory levels and stock movement to ensure alignment with business needs and sales trends

• Monitor and control key operating costs, including food costs, manpower costs and wastage

• Support in-store execution of promotions, campaigns and seasonal products together with the marketing team

• Monitor customer feedback and complaints and ensure timely follow-up and resolution

• Support new kiosk openings from site preparation and equipment setup through to crew training and soft launch

About you

• Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B management experience, with experience managing multiple outlets preferred

• Proven ability to implement and enforce SOPs; experience writing or improving SOPs

• Comfortable with sales reports, cost of goods, manpower costing and stock variance

• Willing and able to travel between assigned outlets across Perak, and to other states as the network expands

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage

• Certification or working knowledge in Halal practices and food handling would be an advantage

• Possess own transport and a valid driving license
