Job Responsibilities:

1. Production Supervision & Planning（生产监督与计划）

• Supervise and coordinate daily anodizing line operations across sulfuric acid anodizing (Type II), hard anodizing (Type III), and chromic acid anodizing (Type I) processes .
• Plan line loading, assign personnel, monitor production schedules, and ensure all throughput and quality targets are met .
• Coordinate job scheduling with production planning to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, and overtime arrangements to ensure adequate coverage.

2. Process Control & Quality Management（工艺控制与质量管理）

• Monitor and control anodizing process parameters including chemical composition, pH, temperature, pressure, current/voltage, and immersion time .
• Work closely with the Lab on bath analysis, replenishment, and process parameter adjustments to maintain bath stability and product consistency .
• Maintain process discipline to meet strict customer and industry specifications including AAMA, ASTM, MIL, and customer-specific requirements .
• Read and interpret technical drawings, including dimensional tolerances, cosmetic criteria, and coating thickness requirements .
• Ensure finished parts meet quality standards through in-process and final inspections; verify color shade, coating uniformity, surface condition, and oxide thickness.

3. Team Leadership & Development（团队领导与发展）

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of anodizing technicians and operators .
• Provide hands-on, on-the-job training and coaching regarding safety, process control, and quality standards .
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set team goals, and identify training needs for continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment with strong emphasis on safety, discipline, teamwork, and accountability.

4. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement（故障排除与持续改善）

• Identify and resolve process abnormalities such as color inconsistency, coating defects, and electrical contact issues .
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for major quality rejects and process deviations .
• Actively participate in reducing scrap/rework, minimizing downtime, improving throughput, and optimizing chemical, energy, and operational expenses .
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED) .
• Recommend and evaluate new technologies, equipment upgrades, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality .

5. Equipment & Maintenance Support（设备与维护支持）

• Organize routine cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs of immersion tanks and line equipment .
• Coordinate with Maintenance department for major repairs and preventive maintenance of equipment including rectifiers, pumps, piping, exhaust scrubbers, chillers, and hoists .
• Ensure proper maintenance of busbars, anodes, cathodes, and temperature control units .
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities promptly.

6. Safety & Compliance（安全与合规）

• Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures for chemical handling, ensuring compliance with OSHA/DOSH standards, including proper PPE usage and Lockout/Tagout procedures .
• Ensure proper chemical labeling, storage, spill response procedures, and hazardous waste handling per site EHS rules.
• Oversee Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operation and ensure wastewater treatment complies with environmental regulations .
• Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) to maintain a safe working environment .
• Ensure work areas maintain 5S standards at all times .
• Investigate and report any safety incidents or near-misses; implement preventive measures.

7. Reporting & Communication（报告与沟通）

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports including output, yield, downtime, chemical usage, and manpower utilization .
• Maintain accurate batch records, travelers, and bath logs for traceability.
• Conduct shift handover meetings and daily toolbox meetings with the team.
• Liaise with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Logistics departments to resolve cross-functional issues .
• Escalate major issues to the Production Manager promptly with recommended solutions.
