Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling cooling tower products and solutions while working closely with customers, engineers, and the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and projects.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cooling tower products and components.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical information for customers.
• Liaise with the Engineering, Production, and QC teams to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and technical discussions when required.
• Follow up on project progress, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
• Support sales activities for: Cooling Tower Structural Components / Cooling Tower Mechanical Parts / Cooling Tower Fill Media
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain good customer service.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales/technical sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, HVAC, cooling tower, or industrial equipment.
• Good technical understanding and ability to read engineering drawings is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and site work when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
