Planning Engineer - Prima Precast Sdn. Bhd.

Working hours: 6 days,

Working days: Monday to Saturday, (Alternate Saturday)

Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Working location: Senai, Johor.

Job Description (Responsibilities) :

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on project requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and record production output, productivity, wastage and utilisation and prepare relevant reports.
• Maintain accurate planning records, production reports and project-related documentation.
• Prepare quantity take-off and measurement from construction and precast drawings.
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims before submission for approval.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Job Specification (Qualifications & Requirements) :

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity surveyor.
• Candidates with experience in precast concrete, construction, manufacturing or production planning will have an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of reinforcement/rebar, concrete, moulds and precast manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Good understanding of production planning, scheduling and project coordination.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
