Job description:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming optical products and supplies (frames, lenses, contact lenses, accessories) for quantity and quality.
- Ensure all stock items are correctly labeled, organized, and stored in the storeroom or display area according to company standards.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits; investigate and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
- Update and maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system or manually when required.
- Collaborate with purchasing, retail, and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and smooth inventory operations.
- Monitor stock levels and movement; report low stock, fast-moving, or slow-moving items to the supervisor for action.
- Support branch replenishment activities and ensure stock accuracy during monthly or ad-hoc stock counts.
- Handle returns, defective items, and damaged stock in line with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom environment.
- Travel to outlets, warehouses, or other locations as required for stock checking, transfers, or inventory support.
- Prepare and submit accurate inventory and stock movement reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged; inventory/stock experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock checking.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Willing to travel to outlets when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
