Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting machinery and equipment, and ensuring all facilities and production equipment are operating safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and facilities.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and repairs when equipment breakdowns occur.
• Inspect machines and equipment regularly to identify potential problems.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and according to company procedures.

2. Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment problems.
• Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns and restore equipment to normal operation.
• Repair or replace defective components, parts, wiring, motors, sensors, and other equipment.
• Work closely with production teams to minimize machine downtime.

3. Equipment & Facility Maintenance

• Maintain production machinery, tools, utilities, and building facilities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormal conditions.
• Assist with installation, relocation, modification, and commissioning of machines and equipment.
• Maintain proper housekeeping around maintenance areas.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
