Ifimajaya Hiring! Full Time Architecture Supervisor in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 6,500 - Ricebowl

• Supervise daily architectural works at site, including finishing, plastering, tiling, painting, ceiling, doors, windows, façade, waterproofing, and other related works.
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues and ensure work progress.
• Monitor subcontractors’ work quality, manpower, materials, and productivity to ensure works are completed on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check workmanship, quality, defects, and compliance with approved drawings.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies between architectural drawings, structural drawings, and M&E drawings, and highlight issues to the project team for clarification.
• Ensure proper implementation of architectural details and finishing works according to client and consultant requirements.
• Prepare and update daily site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation when required.
• Assist in material planning, delivery coordination, and monitoring of site usage to avoid delays or wastage.
• Coordinate rectification works, defect checking, and handover preparation.
• Ensure site works comply with safety, health, and environmental requirements under company policy and relevant Malaysian construction regulations.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and inspections when required.
• Support the project team in ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality compliance, and smooth project handover.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
