Job Responsibilities：

• Design, plan, and oversee facility system improvement projects, including electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major facility failures and develop long-term corrective solutions.
• Lead energy management programs – monitor consumption data, identify saving opportunities, and implement energy-efficient technologies.
• Prepare technical specifications, tender documents, and scope of work for facility-related contracts and procurement.
• Review and validate engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and system layouts for facility modifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to the facility supervisor and technicians.
• Coordinate with project teams, architects, and consultants for new construction or renovation works.
• Ensure all engineering solutions meet safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and update facility standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency response plans.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment to improve system performance and reduce lifecycle costs.
• Conduct training sessions for the facility team on new systems, technologies, and safety practices.
• Support factory sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, water conservation, and green energy projects.
