Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a relaxing, professional atmosphere
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments (in-person, phone, or online)
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and pricing
• Handle reservation, including processing payments
• Maintain client records and update booking systems
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
• Coordinate with massage therapists regarding schedules and client needs
• Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and professionally
