About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join DGSOL MARKETING in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to develop your career in marketing communications. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies and campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email and traditional media

• Creating engaging marketing content including copy, graphics, videos and other multimedia assets

• Managing social media accounts, posting regularly and engaging with followers to build community and brand loyalty

• Collaborating with sales, product and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives

• Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

• 1-3 years' experience in marketing, communications or related role

• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools

• Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms or customer relationship management systems

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software is advantageous
