At Moxy, we create experiences that guests remember long after checkout. We're looking for a passionate, people-focused, and highly engaging Loyalty Manager to champion our Marriott Bonvoy Elite member experience while supporting the overall success of the Front Office operation.

As the Loyalty Manager, you'll be responsible for recognizing, engaging, and delighting our most valuable guests throughout their entire journey, from pre-arrival to post-stay follow-up. You'll work closely with the Front Office Manager and hotel leadership team to ensure Elite benefits are delivered seamlessly while helping drive guest satisfaction, loyalty, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Create exceptional and personalized experiences for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members throughout their stay.
• Manage the Elite guest journey, including pre-arrival planning, arrival experiences, in-house engagement, and post-stay follow-up.
• Ensure all Marriott Bonvoy Elite benefits, recognition, and service standards are consistently delivered.
• Monitor guest feedback, identify service opportunities, and implement actions to enhance the member experience.
• Partner with the Loyalty Head Connector and Connector Team to ensure effective communication and execution of loyalty initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with Elite members and proactively anticipate their needs.
• Support hotel departments in resolving guest concerns and service recovery opportunities.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in the day-to-day management of Front Office operations.
• Support team training, coaching, and development to strengthen service culture and brand standards.
• Analyze loyalty performance metrics, guest satisfaction results, and engagement trends to drive continuous improvement.
