Genitronic (M) Hiring! Full Time PROCESS ENGINEER in Kedah, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Hard Requirement: Must have process management experience in an electronics manufacturing factory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the relevant project team to achieve KPI targets, including but not limited to yield, scrap rate, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Develop and optimize SMT manufacturing processes and process work instructions/documentation.
• Lead the evaluation and assessment of materials and new processes.
• Lead product failure analysis, analyze quality issues at every stage (prototype, trial production, mass production, and market feedback), and provide solutions.
• Train and guide engineers and technicians in their daily work.
• Coordinate across departments and work closely with Production, Quality, Testing, and Project teams to ensure product quality and improve efficiency.
• Introduce automation to improve efficiency and yield.
• Reduce costs through process optimization and the introduction of new materials and technologies.
• Analyze and resolve abnormalities in mass-production products and ensure the effective implementation of corrective and improvement actions.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
