About the role

We are looking for a Production Executive to oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure food products are manufactured efficiently, safely, consistently, and according to the company's quality standards. This position is required for supervising production operations, coordinating manpower and materials, monitoring production output, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring that production targets are achieved within the required timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities according to production schedules and demand

• Ensure production targets, output, and deadlines are achieved efficiently

• Monitor production processes to ensure products are prepared according to approved recipes, specifications, and procedures

• Identify production issues, bottlenecks, wastage, and inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products

• Ensure that production activities comply with Food Safety, hygiene, quality, and operational standards

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production and order fulfilment

• Monitor product quality, consistency, portion control, and production specifications

• Allocate manpower according to daily production requirements

• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production team members

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Manufacturing, Operations Management, Nutritionist or a related field

• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in food production, food manufacturing, or a related industry

• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control practices

• Experience in supervising and managing production staff

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills
